Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠ Important Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all pets, we have a strict no-return policy on the following items:

Pet Food & Treats: All pet food, including dry kibble, wet food, and treats, cannot be returned once they have left our warehouse. This is a standard safety measure to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.

Perishable Goods (such as fresh or frozen food)

Custom or Personalized Items

Sale Items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Your pet's safety is our top priority. Please inspect your order, especially all pet food packaging, upon reception.

Contact us immediately at arfuny.service@outlook.com if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please provide your order number and photos/videos clearly showing the issue (e.g., torn bag, leaking can, wrong product).

We will evaluate the situation and make it right, typically by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us first at arfuny.service@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted for eligible non-food items, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at arfuny.service@outlook.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please note: This right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, such as pet food. For all other eligible items, they must be in the same condition that you received them.
